What a great experience here! The best caring staff upon arrival and their concern for my husband's symptoms. Before we completed check-in, the nurse was calling my husband to take him to a room. They knew from his symptoms he was having heart issues. These are professionals! The doctor and the nursing staff were personable, great listeners, and empathetic to the concerns of my husband. I had to bring my dad in today to get seen and we had the best experience. They took amazing care of him. From the moment you walk in you are taken care of right away, the Dr. Made sure she did every test under the stars to figure out what was going on with my dad. Hopefully we don’t need to come back anytime soon, but if we did we would be sure this facility is our first stop.

I am so grateful to have this fantastic ER facility so close to home!! Our family has had to go in for various things over the years and every single time we have had a wonderful and smooth experience. Never experienced a wait more than 5 minutes. Every nurse and doctor has treated us with such care and compassion. Twice we had to go for my kids and they were incredible with children. Couldn’t be more grateful!!

This was not my first visit to Altus in Lake Jackson. If I could come to Altus as my primary care I would. I’ve never had to wait to be taken to a room and have always been tended to in a timely manner. As for the staff, no complaints. Friendly, pleasant and caring from the front desk to everyone. Highly recommend their services.

I have visited this emergency room on several occasions, and I can definitely say it’s always a good experience. The staff are so nice and very attentive. I also have taken my 3 year old daughter and they took very good care of her! There is never a long wait and the facility is very clean! 5 stars from us! Thank you for always taking care of me!
